Note: Residents of Shizuoka Prefecture refers to those who meet one of the following requirements. Those who do not meet any of the following requirements are considered non-residents of Shizuoka Prefecture.
(1) A student who has been living in Shizuoka Prefecture for more than 1 year on the first day of the month of enrollment registration.
(2) A student whose spouse or relative within the first degree of relationship has been living in Shizuoka Prefecture for more than 1 year on the first day of the month of enrollment registration.
(3) Students acknowledged by the President to be pursuant to (1) or (2).

Tuition for undergraduate and graduate students must be paid by April 25th for the first semester and by October 25th for the second semester. Please submit the payment for both semesters by the designated day.

・When the above transfer date falls on a bank holiday, the fees should be transferred on the next working day.
・The second transfer should be executed only when the first transfer fails.
・For both the first and second semester, please be sure to check your account balance for the sufficient tuition payment at least one day prior to the transfer date.

Through Other Methods
1.Tuition may be paid by bank transfer. Obtain a bank transfer form at the Administration Office by providing your grade, student ID number, and name. The Administration Office distributes a bank transfer form of the First semester tuition from April 5th through April 11th of 2017.
2.Please pay the tuition using the bank transfer form to the designated bank account by the due date for both the first and second semesters. (No extra transfer fee is charged for payments made at Shizuoka Bank, Suruga Bank, and Shimizu Bank. Note that transaction fees will be charged when making payments via ATM or without using the bank transfer form.)
Note: A self-identification documentation is required when the payment exceeds 100,000 yen.

・When the above transfer date falls on a bank holiday, the payment will be transfered on the following business day.
・The 2nd transfer is executed only when the 1st transfer has failed.
・Please be sure to check the balance of the relevant account so that the account has a sufficient amount for the tuition payment at least 1 day prior to the transfer date at both 1st and 2nd term payment.

Attention(undergraduate and graduate students)

・If you cannot make your tuition payment by the due date or by using the above methods, please contact the Accounting Office before the due date.
・Graduate students in doctoral courses who had paid tuition by account transfer during their master’s course must also re-register for the account transfer. If you are not registered, please pay by bank transfer.
・A delinquent charge (7.3%) may occur when tuition payment is not made by the due date.
