Aslam (Sabaragamuwa University, Sri Lanka), Amnaj Khaokhrueamuang (University of Shizuoka, Japan), and Li-Hsin Chen (National Kaohsiung University of Hospitality and Tourism, Taiwan (R.O.C.)), this book focuses on contemporary perspectives on global tea tourism development. It is divided into five parts: 1) foundations of tea tourism, 2) sustainability in tea tourism, 3) the management and marketing of tea tourism, 4) innovation and practice in tea tourism, and 5) resilience of tea tourism. The book consists of 32 chapters by leading scholars from 19 countries. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Amnaj is a co-editor of the fourth part and co-author of five chapters in this book. The chapters he has co-written with researchers and his students are about tea tourism in the tea-producing areas of Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.
