In this special lecture, you will learn about gastronomy tourism in Italy. Gastronomy tourism is based on visiting food producers, food festivals, restaurants and special places to learn ingredients, customs, traditions, and history. We have invited Dr. Mario, a professor, specializing in agricultural economics at the University of Parma. Parma has the one of the most historical places and the richest food culture in Italy. Let’s learn about Italy's approach to gastronomy tourism!!

The lecture will be conducted primarily in English, although some explanations will be provided in Japanese as needed.
