On May 28, four undergraduate students and two graduate students from Khon Kaen University in Thailand, who are participating in a short-term program, paid a courtesy visit to President Yasuyuki Imai.
At the beginning of the meeting, President Imai remarked, “Our university and Khon Kaen University have built a very close relationship over the years. I hope you will gain many valuable experiences during your stay, especially through the lectures offered by the School of Nursing.”
During the conversation, the students shared what they had learned from observing local public health initiatives the previous day, expressing their desire to “apply the experiences gained in Japan after returning home.” They also reported that they were greatly enjoying their interactions with students from the School of Nursing.
During their stay, the students will attend lectures and practical training at the School of Nursing, as well as participate in student exchange activities and visit facilities such as midwifery clinics.
