Note: Residents of Shizuoka Prefecture refers to those who meet one of the following requirements. Those who do not meet any of the following requirements are considered non-residents of Shizuoka Prefecture.
(1) A student who has been living in Shizuoka Prefecture for more than 1 year on the first day of the month of enrollment registration.
(2) A student whose spouse or relative within the first degree of relationship has been living in Shizuoka Prefecture for more than 1 year on the first day of the month of enrollment registration.
(3) Students acknowledged by the President to be pursuant to (1) or (2).
Tuition for undergraduate and graduate students must be paid by April 25th for the first semester and by October 25th for the second semester. Please submit the payment for both semesters by the designated day.

Tuition exemption
Regular students those who achieved distinguished results and experiencing financial difficulties, or who has suffered major damages from disasters are eligible to apply for tuition exemption of all, half or 1/3 of their tuition fee, if meet any of the criteria. Those who apply for the exemption should go through the application process during the prescribed period,
